Flora Marcella Cusi, widely known in the creative world simply as Flora MC, is an Adobe Community Professional since 2013, whose approach brings together creativity, technology, and a deeply human perspective.

She began her creative career in music, where she trained mainly but not only as a bassoonist at the Conservatory of Music in Milan, before expanding into economic mediation and negotiation, commercial photography, UX design and visual communication, digital science, and professional training — always driven by curiosity about how people create, express, and connect. Having lived across Europe, with academic experience in both Italy and Sweden, a wide range of certificates, including Stanford's Code In Place, Flora now works primarily in AI environments and software optimization, with a strong focus on ethical AI and digitalisation. Her approach is hands-on, cross-disciplinary, and rooted in the belief that technology is a magnifier, not a threat to human creativity.
