Bobbie is passionate about supporting the growth and development of individuals, groups, and teams. Bobbie is an advocate of lifelong learning with an established reputation for facilitating educational growth, coaching for personal improvement and organizational change, and applying creative, solution-focused strategies to transform complex challenges into scalable outcomes.
In her role as Instructional Technology Manager with the Innovative Learning Center, Bobbie guides Tulane’s teaching and learning community through digital knowledge acquisition and transitions with academic technology, sparking confidence among users engaging with enterprise-licensed applications and integrations.
Bobbie holds a Master’s in Social Work and Liberal Arts, both from Tulane University. She has received her Certificate in Instructional Design from OLC and is an ICF-Level 2 Certified Leadership and Resilience Coach. Bobbie is a patient and empathetic listener who shares her knowledge through collaborative endeavors, guest lecturing in courses, coaching adult learners, and engaging in other related projects and opportunities.
