Workforce Transformation Manager, Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice (Deloitte Consulting)

Clark Edwards is a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, specializing in workforce transformation. She helps clients anticipate and prepare for the impacts of emerging technology, such as AI, on the workforce through strategy, change management, and upskilling. Clark currently leads workforce AI adoption efforts at Deloitte and previously served as program manager of the Future of Work InstituteTM. 

She holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Studies from DePauw University. Before graduate school, she was a Teach for America corps member and high school math teacher.
