Professor David Tann is Vice Provost (Technology) and Executive Dean of the School of Architecture, Computing and Engineering at the University of East London. Under his leadership, the school achieved fifteen #1 national positions in the 2023 National Student Survey. With over 35 years in UK higher education and extensive international partnerships — including visiting professorships across several Chinese universities — Professor Tann brings broad experience in engineering education, institutional leadership, and technology strategy. He recently hosted an AI in Primary Healthcare seminar for the All-Party Parliamentary Health Group at the UK House of Lords.
