She currently serves as Vice Provost of Operations for Graduate and Professional Studies and Associate Vice President for University Strategy at Point Loma Nazarene University, where she leads a comprehensive student lifecycle division spanning enrollment, student success, financial services, and systems integration. Known for her systems-thinking approach and future-oriented leadership, Dr. Brownlee-Turgeon has led large-scale initiatives integrating data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to improve student outcomes and organizational performance.
