Megan is responsible for driving forward key workstreams associated with institutional portfolio diversification and embedding innovation across the University of Exeter’s education provision, including providing leadership to ensure that education strategy responds to the opportunities of AI and Digital. Previously Director of Digital Education at the University of Leeds, Megan has more than 15 years of experience in leading online and digital learning.

She has a particular interest in supporting students to succeed through a focus on the end-to-end student experience. She has been recognised as an innovator in online and digital education through awards including the Association for Learning Technology award for Leadership, University of Leeds Student Education Fellowship and the Leeds Institute of Teaching Excellence Teaching Enhancement Fellowship. She has a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield.
