Mohamed Elrefai is the Senior Director and Head of Worldwide Education. He is passionate about the role education plays in shaping strong communities and driving positive economic impact. Mohamed champions the importance of equipping educators and students with future-ready skills—ranging from AI literacy and creative expression to collaboration and critical thinking.

At Adobe, he has held several senior roles within the Education Group, leading global efforts to bring tools like Adobe Express, Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud to schools and universities around the world. Previously, he led global go-to-market strategies for education, built strategic partnerships, and headed the Americas Education Channel, focusing on growth in the U.S., Brazil, and Colombia.

Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from American University and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
