Senior Strategic Development Manager for Higher Education, Adobe.

Dr. Shauna Chung is a Senior Strategic Development Manager for Higher Education at Adobe. Previous to Adobe, she was English faculty at the New York City College of Technology (CUNY), where she co-directed the Professional and Technical Writing program and taught courses in first-year writing, new media, and professional development. She also taught and earned her PhD at Clemson University in Rhetorics, Communication, and Information Design. Her scholarship examines how students and educators can leverage digital affordances (e.g., video, audio, images) to speak across difference in more empathetic, deliberative, and civic-minded ways.

Alongside her role at Adobe, she now focuses on how emerging technologies impact teaching and learning and what essential skills students must adopt to harness their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in the age of artificial intelligence.
